CABIN RESERVATION POLICY
CHECK-IN IS 3:00-4:30 PM & CHECK-OUT IS 10:00 AM. Upon arrival you must check in at the office, pay any remaining balance, pick up and sign your reservation papers. By reserving this cabin, you agree to be responsible for any damages, smoking in cabin, missing items and that you will be charged. VERY IMPORTANT! You MUST upon arrival check the cabin for any damages or problems & report them to the office immediately so that you are not charged for them. Early arrivals or late departures may be available for a fee. We reserve the right to change the reserved unit in the event of an emergency. Cabins are privately owned. By reserving this cabin, you agree to cabin rental policy and that the cabin rental or homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, sickness, loss of personal property of guests or anyone that guests have at the premises. No refunds are made for any weather or road conditions. If you cancel 30 days before your arrival, your deposit is refunded minus $100 cancellation fee. No refunds if you cancel within 30 days of arrival date. Extra nights may be added to your stay and sometimes at a discount! Please check with the office.
PLEASE MAKE CERTAIN DOORS & WINDOWS ARE CLOSED AND LOCKED WHEN YOU LEAVE THE CABIN.
AT DEPARTURE: Make certain the key is in the lockbox and the windows & doors are closed and locked. Summer: Turn the A/C to 85 degrees. Winter: Turn Heat to 55 degrees. During your stay keep the A/C or Heat at 78 degrees for the unit to work properly and avoid charges for any damages or repairs. Please make certain all dishes, pots & pans are washed and put away. Place all used towels in master bathroom. Leave linens on beds. Please leave the cabin in the same condition as when you arrived to avoid excessive cleaning charges. If excessive cleaning is required, you will be charged accordingly. Remember to check that you have all your belongings!
Cabins, pool tables & hot tubs are checked upon arrival & departure. By renting this cabin, you agree to be held responsible and will be charged for ANY DAMAGES, smoking in cabin ($100-$300), missing articles, pets or added guests, or excessive cleaning. Hot tub covers replacement costs $350-$400 and TV remotes $150. Please no unattended children around hot tubs, tv or electronic equipment, arcade games or pool tables. Hot tubs are intended for adult use only. Children should not be in the hot tubs without an adult present at all times. Put hot tub cover on after each use. Cover is made of foam and can break – please do not sit, stand or put anything heavy on the cover as you will be charged for damage. Hot tub temperatures are too hot for children. Children should not stay in the hot tub for long periods of time or use the hot tub as swimming pools for play. Please use caution or do not use the hot tub if you have any medical conditions or are pregnant. Do not put anything into the hot tub (such as soap, bubble bath, etc.) as you will be responsible for a maintenance charge or repair. Please call the office if the water level goes below the full line on the filter intake or the jets. Do not remove the chemical floater from the hot tub.
Wood for fireplace is provided October through March. Make certain the damper is open before you make a fire. Please do not leave fires unattended when you leave the cabin. Do not add anything such as paper, wood, etc. to GAS fireplaces; you will be responsible for damages or replacement. During other months if the fireplace is used, you will be charged a fee for this extra cleaning.
OUR CABINS ARE NON-SMOKING CABINS, ASHTRAYS ARE PROVIDED OUTSIDE!
No house parties are allowed & if you disturb other guests or neighbors your stay will be terminated without refund. SORRY NO PETS unless arrangements are made with office before arrival. Additional guests are welcome for added fee. If pets or additional guests are at your rental and not reported to the office; your card will be charged without notice.
If your cabin does not have a washer and dryer, dirty linens can be exchanged for clean linens at the office during office hours only. The cabins are stocked with a ‘starter supply’ of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc. If additional supplies are needed, once the starter supply has been depleted, it is the renters’ responsibility to buy more. Please call the office before 3:00 PM if you need additional trash picked up for a fee of $15-$25 or call for the trash disposal location.
